# Cobnex brand assets

Use the Cobnex identity consistently.

Download the current wordmark and icon for an authorised reference to Cobnex.

## Brand asset guide

- **Wordmark:** Use where the Cobnex name needs to be readable
- **Icon:** Use at small sizes where the name appears nearby
- **Background:** Keep sufficient contrast and clear space
- **Integrity:** Do not stretch, recolour or combine the mark with another logo

## Choose the right asset for the space

The icon and wordmark are supplied separately so the mark remains legible at small sizes. Use the wordmark when the name is not already present.

## Avoid implying endorsement

An illustration of compatibility or a technology discussion does not establish a partnership. Obtain approval before presenting a joint announcement.

## Use the supplied Cobnex artwork

The wordmark and icon downloads on this page are the assets used by this website. Use the wordmark when the company name needs to be immediately readable. Use the icon where space is limited, such as a browser tab or a compact reference alongside the name.

Keep the original proportions when resizing either file. Leave enough clear space that surrounding text and graphics do not appear to be part of the mark. Do not crop the wordmark, recreate its lettering or combine it with another company logo. If the supplied asset becomes unclear at the intended size, choose a larger placement rather than sharpening a small copy.

## Make the surrounding context accurate

Write the company name as Cobnex in prose. Describe the relevant IT solution or service rather than implying that Cobnex sells a packaged product. References to technology platforms should explain the work involved and should not suggest a formal partnership or certification that has not been established.

When including the mark in a proposal, article or presentation, make the relationship clear. A logo placed beside a customer name can imply endorsement even when the surrounding text does not say so. Obtain permission for customer stories and quotations before publication. Do not label an illustrative workflow as a completed customer engagement.

## Check the finished placement

Preview the asset on the actual background and at its final display size. Check both a narrow screen and a larger display if the artwork is used online. Give informative images appropriate alternative text, and avoid repeating the company name unnecessarily when an adjacent text link already provides it.

The PNG downloads are intended for ordinary digital use. For specialist print production, a significantly different colour treatment or a new lockup with another organisation, confirm the required artwork before publishing. This guide is a practical description of the supplied assets. It does not grant an endorsement or permission to represent Cobnex in a commercial agreement.

## Where can I get a larger asset?
